- Provide physical security through secure element chips and PIN protection
- Enable users to maintain complete control over their digital assets
WE DO NOT:
- Offer cryptocurrency exchange services
- Facilitate buying or selling of cryptocurrencies
- Provide trading platforms or interfaces
- Offer staking, lending, or yield generation services
- Hold or manage customer funds
- Provide investment advice or portfolio management
- Offer custodial services of any kind

Belvixwallet INC is not a financial services provider. We do not:
- Act as a money transmitter or money services business beyond our licensed scope
- Provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice

- You are responsible for remembering your PIN code
- You must ensure the physical security of your device
- You bear full responsibility for all transactions you authorize
Irreversible Loss Risk
CRITICAL WARNING: Loss of your recovery seed phrase and/or PIN will result in permanent, irreversible loss of access to your cryptocurrency assets. Belvixwallet INC cannot recover lost credentials or access your funds under any circumstances.
No Recovery Services
We cannot and will not:
- Recover lost or forgotten seed phrases
- Reset or bypass PIN codes
- Reverse or cancel transactions
- Access funds stored on your device
- Restore access to locked devices
Security Limitations
While Belvixwallet employs industry-leading security measures, no security system is absolutely impenetrable. Users acknowledge that:
- Physical theft of the device could potentially compromise security
- Disclosure of your seed phrase to others will compromise your assets
- Malware on connected computers could potentially affect transaction integrity
- User error in transaction authorization cannot be reversed
- Hardware failures, while rare, could potentially affect device functionality
Users should always follow best security practices and maintain secure backups of their recovery seed phrases.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Belvixwallet INC shall not be liable for any loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
- We are not responsible for user errors, forgotten credentials, or misuse of the device
- We are not liable for third-party software or service failures
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the hardware device
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
NO WARRANTIES: The device is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
