Belvixwallet provides non-custodial hardware wallets for storing cryptocurrency private keys. We do not:

• Control or manage your cryptocurrencies
• Provide exchange or trading services
• Offer investment advice or recommendations
• Act as a custodian for your digital assets

3.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your recovery seed phrase
• Maintaining the security of your PIN code
• Backing up your wallet information
• Any transactions you authorize
• Compliance with tax obligations

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

• Product availability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be received in full before shipment. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• International: 7-14 business days
• Tracking information provided for all orders
• Signature may be required upon delivery

6. Returns and Warranty

For security reasons, we only accept returns of unopened devices within 30 days of delivery. Opened devices cannot be returned due to security protocols.

6.2 Limited Warranty

Belvixwallet devices come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or misuse
• Water damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss of data or cryptocurrencies

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the device
• Resell devices as new after opening
• Misrepresent the capabilities of our products
• Use our services to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Belvixwallet shall not be liable for any loss of cryptocurrencies
• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten PINs or seed phrases
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE AND WE CANNOT RECOVER LOST FUNDS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Belvixwallet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our products or services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Loss of your cryptocurrencies due to your actions or negligence

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to Belvixwallet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all cryptocurrencies
• Protection against all security threats
• Recovery of lost or stolen cryptocurrencies

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
